PROVEN SCIENCE, PROVEN RESULTS Sharkbanz 2 is an easy way to add peace of mind to your everyday ocean swimming, surfing, or snorkeling experience, but make no mistake: the science is real. Sharkbanz 2 used the services of renowned shark experts, chemist Dr. Eric Stroud and marine biologist Dr. Patrick Rice. The two scientists founded Shark Defense almost 15 years ago and are currently leading researchers in shark repellent technology. Sharkbanz 2 uses a special patented magnetic technology to deter sharks from attacking people. Most shark attacks occur in dark shallow waters off the coast, where there are many swimmers and sharks in the same space. In this environment, sharks rely heavily on their electroreceptors, rather than their eyes, to “see” what is around them. Fitting and trimming Sharkbanz 2
Fasten the Sharkbanz 2 securely but comfortably around your ankle. Not too tight, but not too loose either. The logo can be applied face up or down, depending on what is more convenient for each person, but the side of the bracelet with the logo should be on the outside of the ankle.
Count 5 holes from the buckle at the long end of the strap *.
Take household scissors (or sharper ones) and cut along the incision line after the 5th hole. Do this carefully to keep the line as clean as possible.
Your Sharkbanz 2 bracelet should now be the right size to fit your ankle and wrist, without the extra strap hanging down.
Throw the extra bracelet in the trash.
