  • Collateral and liability
    To rent equipment, you need to sign a contract, as well as provide a deposit in the form of a document or a fixed amount
  • Handling of equipment
    It is mandatory to use tools for equipment safety: for Gopro, a floaty case and a protective case. For the drone: Protect the propellers when used outside of open spaces
  • Conflict resolution
    If the tenant is unavailable or refuses to pay damages, we immediately contact the law enforcement authorities of Vietnam and the country of citizenship of the person who rented the equipment
  • Actions in case of a breakdown
    Immediately inform us about the failure, tell us the time, place and circumstances of the failure, and send us detailed photos and videos without touching or changing the position of the equipment.

    In case of detection of violations of the operating rules, violation of legislation or non-use of protective equipment, the full market value of the equipment is deducted from the lessee.

    In compliance with the operating rules, based on the decision of the insurance company, no deductions are made from the tenant
